It’s Dr. Odine.

He, in fact, never liked the scientist since day one. Or seventeen years ago of day one. He can feel this irritating vibe since the scientist wanted to lay hands on Ellone. But he couldn’t just fire the old guy with a funny accent. He needed him because he can stop the sorceresses with one of his inventions.

So, Laguna decided to place a deal with him: to never touch something or someone that he doesn’t belong to him at all.
